Blue Bear Aware is here because of you and for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit.
You must contact us (email@example.com) for all exchanges and returns to ensure that your request is processed. Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with instructions for how to handle your request. If you do not receive an email within 1-2 business days, please check the junk or spam folder of your email.
Yikes! Those kiddos of ours grow fast! Maybe you bought the wrong size belt or shirt. Not a problem. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange it for another size. If by some chance, the size you need is not available, we will issue a store credit.
Did we mention those kiddos grow fast? Your little princess is a big girl now. She’s not into princesses! She loves bling and big girl things now! Your little guy? Dinosaurs are boring mom! Vroom Vroom! I love race cars now!! Worse yet? They don’t like what you picked out for them but they aren’t exactly giving you any insight into a replacement. We get it. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a store credit. Items must be in perfect condition, with tags attached and no sign of wear. Customer damaged items will not be accepted for store credit.
Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The exception to this is if we made the mistake. (It hasn’t happened yet but if it ever does, we will certainly do whatever we can to make it up to you!)
Return Shipping Expense
We apologize but we are unable to refund shipping expenses. However, while we cannot cover the cost of the returned item but we will cover the shipping costs* for the delivery of a replacement item. * USA and Canada only.
